Mike is the president and founder of Meramec Secure℠. Mike has over 30 years of experience and expertise in the service contract, limited warranty, and specialty insurance industry.
Mike is also the president and founder of Personal Safeguards Group, a leading advisory and brokerage firm in the service contract, limited warranty, and specialty insurance industry. In addition, Mike is the former president of The Warranty Group and Virginia Surety Company, having helped navigate the spin-off from Aon Corporation, a PE-led transaction, and leading the individual business units as CEO.
Mike and his teams have supported hundreds of OEMs, retailers, sellers, affinity marketing, financial services, insurtechs, and home warranty companies ranging from multi-billion dollar global companies to startups.
